Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders via USPS Ground, which typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery once your order is processed.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we only offer standard shipping via USPS. We’re working on adding more options soon—stay tuned!

When will my order be processed?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. All our candles are hand-poured with care, and we want to make sure your order is perfect!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand in the near future!

Tracking & Delivery

Do you offer tracking information?

yes, Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
