📦 Please Note: Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your bulk candle order and will be calculated at checkout.
· STANDARD: 7 business day turnaround with GROUND shipping. Typically 7-10business days to your door from placing order.
· EXPRESS: Same or next day turnaround with AIR shipping. Typically 2-3 business days to your door.
Business days are considered Monday-Friday. A tracking number will be sent upon shipment and details regarding your shipping date can be tracked. Shipping carriers do experience rerouting and delays from time to time. Heavenly Scented Kandles & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Contents will be packaged as needed to avoid damage while shipping.

💳 Important Ordering & Payment Information
A $50 deposit is required to begin your custom candle favor order. This deposit secures your order slot and covers initial design and customization setup.
Once your custom design and scent selections have been approved by you for print, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance of your order.
Your order will begin processing only after the final payment has been received. Orders typically ship within 1 10 business days, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
